We continued our journey through Japan by moving north. In the capital city of Tokyo, we had the best beef we've ever eaten. In Sapporo, we had the best sushi of our entire lives. With two amazing meals like those, what could be tastier? You'll have to read the post to see what earned the top spot for our favorite, most delicious meals EVER. Japan won us over by means of our stomachs, and we want to share every morsel with you!

During our last week in Budapest, we needed time to rest! While we had a great time with our visiting friends Courtney and Shawn (who we stayed with in Amsterdam) on a pub crawl, Noelle had a tough time recovering from a roofie that somehow made its way into her drink. Our last few days in this great city were spent resting.
The theme of our second week was exploration! Our new friends indulged my wine tasting passion with a day in Eger where we drank lots of vino in tasting rooms that were built into a giant hillside, and enjoyed some traditional snacks like onion bread!
Sure, we saw some interesting sites in Brussels, but the real stars of the show were the beer, fries, and waffles!
